You can make your own Terms and Conditions, and for a service business it is usually better than borrowing someone else's, because copied T&Cs describe someone else's policies. Yours need to state what you actually do about payment, cancellations, refunds, and revisions.

Write them section by section: services and what they include, payment terms and late fees, cancellation and rescheduling rules, refund policy, intellectual property, liability limits, and how either side ends the relationship.

Two cautions. Do not copy a competitor's text verbatim; it is copyrighted and their policies are not yours. And if you operate in a regulated field or handle consumer data at scale, have a professional review the liability and privacy sections. For everyday client services, plain-language T&Cs you wrote beat impressive ones you did not.
